Wondering what practices will be like? Each practice is a bit different, but here are a couple of resources for you to learn a bit more about the drills and activities that will be part of most practices. Both our beginner/recreational and our competitive wrestlers do similar activities, although of course the moves that they practice after the drills will vary based on the practice level, seasons timing, and what the coach decides to focus on during that practice.
